Empire AcroGymnastics & Cheer offers a unique diversity of gymnastics disciplines as well as a Cheer team and a wonderful recreational program. We offer First Rate coaching in the following; Recreational Gymnastics / Tumbling, Competitive AcroGymnastics and Competitive Cheerleading. Both of our Competitive Teams have several National Titles to their credit.
Our Elite Trio won Gold at Nationals in Orlando, Florida on July 23, 2010.  The Elite Trio also won a Silver Medal May 2010 in Russia
